Bernice leads Bernico with a clear purpose: to make business support smarter, simpler, and more human. With 8 years of experience in the banking industry and 9 years working with SMEs, she brings a deep understanding of both corporate precision and entrepreneurial agility.
Her strong background in finance and operations ensures every client experience reflects accuracy, efficiency, and care. Her passion lies in building a flexible, people-first workplace that empowers both clients and team members to succeed.

Nicholas drives Bernico’s strategic direction, combining business insight with a deep understanding of SME challenges. With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning product management, business analysis, entrepreneurship, and financial planning, he bridges strategy with execution.
Having led a Retail, F&B and event business for 12 years, Nicholas understands first-hand the realities SMEs face and channels that experience into solutions that help clients work smarter, not harder.
Qualifications: MBA, BSE, PMP, PSPO, PSU, CBAP
