Nicholas drives Bernico’s strategic direction, combining business insight with a deep understanding of SME challenges. With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning product management, business analysis, entrepreneurship, and financial planning, he bridges strategy with execution.
Having led a Retail, F&B and event business for 12 years, Nicholas understands first-hand the realities SMEs face and channels that experience into solutions that help clients work smarter, not harder.
