Bernice leads Bernico with a clear purpose: to make business support smarter, simpler, and more human. With 9 years of experience in the banking industry and 10 years working with SMEs, she brings a deep understanding of both corporate precision and entrepreneurial agility.
Her strong background in finance and operations ensures every client experience reflects accuracy, efficiency, and care. Her passion lies in building a flexible, people-first workplace that empowers both clients and team members to succeed.

Strategy Partner
Nicholas drives Bernico’s strategic direction, combining business insight with a deep understanding of SME challenges. With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning product management, business analysis, entrepreneurship, and financial planning, he bridges strategy with execution.
Having led a Retail, F&B and event business for 12 years, Nicholas understands first-hand the realities SMEs face and channels that experience into solutions that help clients work smarter, not harder.
Qualifications: MBA, BSE, PMP, PSPO, PSU, CBAP

ISO Management Systems Partner
Highly experienced ISO professional and a key member of our team, serving as Lead Assessor, Auditor, Consultant, and Trainer. With over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, production, construction, and service industries, he has held roles including Quality Management Representative, Factory/Manufacturing Manager, QA Executive, and Certification Lead.
He is a Senior Quality Management Assessor (MRCA), a certified consultant, and Lead Auditor for ISO 9000, 14000, and 45000 management systems, and a full member of the International Auditor & Training Certification Association (IATCA). Over his career, he has audited hundreds of companies annually, delivered highly rated training programs, and helped numerous organizations achieve ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification on their first attempt.
